So techically you are buying or covering after the sell, therefore "technically" you can have an 2+ bagger. The amount of money you make on your short investment cannot exceed 100% based on a single trade or cover... There is however a way you can capitalize on a single stock (symbol) investment and get far more than 100% on your money. How do you you think the shorts made out in 2000? Go back to pre-school.
