“Included in cost of goods sold are plant operation and other direct overhead expenses incurred to maintain our production facilities. These fixed carrying costs affect our gross margin more significantly at lower revenues than at our anticipated full operating activity levels. When inspecting inventory this quarter, we found some inventory was damaged, which necessitated a $68,500 reduction in inventory.
