I’m guessing somewhere between 8 and 9 Billion most likely closer to 9 than eight. As to the total amount of shares NNRX will sell will depend on Bishop, he can cut off the sale of shares anytime he wants to. If the needs for cash increase for a new project he can offer shares as needed as well as change the price as he see fit. My guess is that he will not sell all of the remaining 46 billion authorized and only sell as needed to meet obligations.
