But those that beleived the cheapies were actiually cheap at ..30 - .25 - .20 - .15 - all they way down to sub 2 cents really don't have a choice without likely incurrig losses. To an extent I believe they are forcd to stay. It isn't as easy to tell them they aren't forced to stay here.
