So investors agree the CEO is a slimeball 3-time convicted felon (now with 5 more serious felonies).?
And investors also agree that the CEO is a serial fraudster, per the courts and does not pay any of his own or HPNN's obligations?

Now HPNN has a new price target of $0.0001

But it will likely reverse split soon. REVERSE SPLIT is back on the CEOs bucket list before he is likely sentenced to prison of 15 or so years.
