With the lower stock price, compared to several months ago, more than one institutional investor is lining up to provide funding at a much cheaper price per share. At least there appears to be competition to provide funding from more than one institutional investor now.

With numerous institutional parties interested in seeing MLFB succeed, they're likely negotiating to try and get a bigger slice of the pie (more shares) before they commit. And with multiple institutions now lining up with term sheets, maybe one of them will get nervous that they will miss out on getting shares dirt cheap and will up their offer! Nothing like a little competition to heat things up!

Funding competition is a clear sign to me that the odds of this league succeeding have gone up dramatically! My gamble here is that at the very least, the league should succeed if only to serve as a platform to recruit hidden talent that gets passed along to the NFL someday.

I've been out of the stock for a couple of years but started buying back in on Friday.
