Each service fee consists of a 50/50 split between Sardine and MONI that is estimated to range from a minimum of .50 to $1.50 per transaction for each company for each of the products and services provided. The company expects a high transaction rate of its products and services daily. The company expects to achieve its first milestone of selling 100,000 cards in short order. The second milestone will be to sell over 500,000 cards. The third milestone will be to sell over 1,000,000 cards annually and have over one million annual users.
