Here’s my plan: Notify Adam Aron, DTCC, and Broker when I see the shares in my account while I track the fraud trading in $AMC.

If only Fidelity had my APE units in my account….as of 5:46 est AMC has traded 525 shares and currently “trading” at $12. APE has traded 0 shares at $0 @The_DTCC @Fidelity

Later today I will call Fidelity and ask them if they are allowing shorting of AMC. Next I will contact Fidelity risk management and ask them if they allowed AMC to be shorted last week.

I will document everything.
