BBIG Fresh NEWS from the court order!!

Basically what happened is the Judge ordered a restructure in the management. It was well thought out and will bring us "stability" as Erik Noble put it.

There are clearly issues between Lisa and John, so what the judge did was add a mediator. He ordered that John Colucci and Lisa King be appointed as co-CEOs of Vinco Ventures, and then added a third from his book of candidates, Ross Miller. He has a good background, and it is expected that he will be able to keep the peace and push us in the right direction.

The Court order states: "The Court hereby appoints an interim, neutral, and independent party--former Secretary of State of Nevada, Ross Miller, Esq. --to serve as a third co-CEO of Vinco Ventures pending further order of the Court"

We know that Lisa King is a bit on the quiet side, however, under her management the company has gone to new heights in financial success-- minus this recent hiccup.

We also know that John Colucci has been up to something, in the dark.

By adding this third co-CEO, who is trusted by the Court, we will have someone who is appointed to get the job done. He will be the third vote among the co-CEOs that determines the future of Vinco Ventures.

"The Court admonishes all co-CEOs to make a goof faith effort to work together in the best interests of Vinco Ventures".

Be excited folks. We have the management that got us where we are today in terms of what they own, and the plan, while having someone to push us in the right direction by order of the court.

Earnings are hypothesized to be out Monday or Tuesday based upon an algorithm from past earnings release dates. I believe we will be reporting one full quarter of Adrizer revenues.
