Fannie Mae-No Politics (FNMA)

It was filed a couple of weeks ago I think, familymang thought that the SCOTUS would probably decide on what to do with the Petitions during September sometime. This defacto Nationalization by "our dear leaders", looks, smells, and walks like a Takings Clause violation, we'll know shortly I believe what the SCOTUS is going to do or not do.

Even if the SCOTUS grants one or more of the Petitions, I believe that the next stage would be to hear arguments from both the shareholder plantiffs and the government and then they will rule and that will take awhile.

I'm sure you could care less (just give me back my d*mn economic rights, Uncle Suggy!) but this Takings Case could be required reading for law students for years to come, exciting stuff, right !
