I’m saying the transfer agent is the one providing the updates to otcmarkets via a daily feed. You can call/contact the transfer agent yourself and validate. I also believe that the transfer agent is the one who remove the restriction and issue the securities. I also know that transferring those shares to a broker who will accept otcpink stock shares is not as easy as one may think. Therefore, even though you say the restrictions can be removed, I would say it hasn’t and therefore insiders aren’t selling. Plus, you have stated the filings have been wrong and inaccurate, so what makes this information accurate but other information not accurate in the same filng. Are we now picking and choosing info based on walhatever opinion is being made? Imo.
