These are just Petitions for a Writ of Certerrori. The SCOTUS has total discretion as to whether they Reject or Accept one or more of the Petitions.

If the SCOTUS rejects the Petitions then the 3 Judge ruling in the COFC stands.

If the SCOTUS accepts one or more of the Petitions then the Takings Cases still have legs.
