So you are saying that otcmarkets website on what is part of the float is incorrect? As of 8/19/22 last update, It doesn’t show those shares being unrestricted. My understanding is that information comes straight from the TA. The TA would have to show them Unrestricted before insiders could sell them. So it’s not insiders selling. SMH. Imo
