If they don't file I'm going to file a complaint with SEC. I want an investigation into how we went from .0035 to .0001 and who was selling shares. They brought price down and PDIV got a boat load of shares when they converted. There were also days where there were 12 billion traded mostly buys. Lowenthal I think had a company at one time and was a market maker. He's double dealing with PDIV and I dont think hes looking out for the common shareholders. Publish the website and file your filings and quit delaying I dont want to see anymore people sucked into the constant BS. We were have to have had a new board of directors and IR to deal with shareholders concerns. I'd like to know what deals were offered up.
