Someone could post that the moon is made of cheese, and as long as it had some relevance to the company, it is not a violation of TOS.

Maybe take 10 minutes and read Ihub's discussion about TOS violations. Or are you still working your way through the Mexus 10Q?

Speaking of which, did you get to the part where they talk about this? Therefore, our goal for the current year is to increase the cash flow of the placer mining operation,..... Other than the planted nuggets that rich gringos "find", I don't think they have done any placer mining for 6 or 7 years.

You'd think they'd be more careful about what goes into their filings. But they also list their reserves when they have not done sufficient exploration or any feasibility. Apparently they don't take the filings very seriously.
