go to sec.gov and read the filings. It's a shell, so there's a good amount of risk investing in a shell. There's one reason. Delfin has alluded to using TGLO for a reverse merger, but that was in 2018, and here we are...4 years later, so we're still speculating that they are waiting to make FID before going public (versus other companies that went public before making FID)...another risk or possible reason. You can dig deep with what you know. Doesn't take much effort really. good luck with your research. If you have concrete questions, someone here will be glad to give you an answer.
