There are over 20 million people in the USA alone who have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder. The recommended dosing for Auvelity (dextromethorphan-bupropion (45 mg/105 mg tablet) is once daily for the first 3 days and twice daily thereafter for as long as prescribed by the physician.

Assuming initially just 10% of the 20 million are treated, that would be 2 million people taking Auvelity 2 times per day that would be 4 million tablets (capsules) of Auvelity per day for the US alone. if we assume that the cost is say $10 per tablet (capsule), then that would be $40 million per day in revenue for Axsome in the USA alone. With an average of 365.25 days per year.

Correct me if I am wrong but that appears to be about $14.6 BILLION in revenue for the US alone with just a 10% market penetration and a cost of just $10 per pill.
