BUSINESS COURT ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

A supplemental mandatory Rule 16 conference with the Court and
counsel/parties in proper person will be held on September 12, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.

The purpose of this conference is to supplement the Rule 16 conference
conducted on October 19, 2020 resulting in the Order entered October 27, 2020.

Trial or lead counsel for all parties are required to attend the conference unless
excused by the Court.

Following the conference, the Court will issue a combined Order pursuant to
