I wouldn't do that to you, DD. You are jumping to conclusions. You can see who deleted it yourself, and it wasn't me. And it wasn't any moderator here. It was put down as off topic, but I don't think it was off topic. Regardless, that wasn't my decision and I did read it. I can read anything as a moderator and so can you. It would be buried in a week like everything, and nobody is going to be reading all these posts.

If you are angry, lift eh gag order at YBCN. You claimed that they are being encouraged not to speak, didn't you? I'm not discouraging you from speaking. Unless it was something malicious and could cause harm to someone here.

Remember, these are public officers of a company we are talking about. The public has the right to know. What specifically do you disagree with? The SEC is a source of trust. Are you saying these audited documents are lying to us? Are you saying that $50,000 in exchange for 55 million shares was a good deal for shareholders? How so?

I would have given them $50,000 at a price of .008. They could have spent $200 on their website an announced a private placement offering. 5 Million shares at 1 cent to raise $50.000. Look at the front page of Fineqia here:

https://www.fineqia.com/

Look at the very top. If you can click it, you can get details on how to get in on the offering. Did YBCN do it this way? No. They got Yang Li, and it's documented that she is an insider -- IE, taking care of their own as I see it. Buddy system. Wouldn't it be a lot less dilution if strangers had paid a higher price? Same money into company coffers for much less dilution? Fact, no?

Just present a rebuttal. Give an alternative explanation. Facts don't speak for themselves. They must be interepreted in the light of theory. The floor is yours to make a case. I'm not deleting your posts. Unlike China, free speech here. Within legal limits, of course. Obviously, anything against the American law is for good cause like libel laws, which are above house laws.

What exactly would you case be to the SEC anyway? That NobleRoman allegedly broke some admin rules? Well, admin rules are not law of the land. Those are just rules imposed on a board. That would be like reporting your sister to the FBI for breaking the house rules: Beds must be made every morning, and my sister isn't making her bed. On five occassions, even. They are going to tell you that there is nothing that they can do about that. Maybe CPS could help if you embelish it. You could call it parent abuse. Your sister wont' mind your mother and isn't follow good laws.
