What are the facts!!!!
AMC investors own the float.
APE distribution = still own the float.
Institutions decreasing AMC position. Why they own synthetics and will be on the hook for shares. And will lose half of there collateral, ultimately effecting liquidity position.
No dilution at all. Why because the percentage that we own now will still be the same after the distribution of APE shares on Monday. Nothing has changed.
If the institutions don’t receive there APE shares on Monday they can’t complain because they are part of the synthetic problem plus they will be receiving a haircut and loosing half there collateral.
So do we have anything to worry about…… No
Shorts still have to cover and there are many who do.
