Such bullshit. Scammer Marv has been hyping a major acquisition and uplisting to nasdaq for a decade or more. How does a company do a major acquisition with a few hundred thousand in cash and a stock price struggling to hold above 1 penny?

Where is the link to the actual interview recording you claim was done on 8/9/22? All I saw was a pump and dump promo. Read the disclaimer from the "interviewing" company. Here are just two choice tidbits:
