That increase looks reflected here as well. It was 136M shares prior. I would have given them $100,000 cash at .004. Oh wait a minute. Wasn't I the one saying recently that the stock should be priced at .002? That's exactly what they paid for their own stock. So, DD, don't be mad at me. Direct your anger to them. You are channeling your anger in the wrong direction. They are still positioning themselves.

NO, WAIT: That's not even true. They paid half of what I said it was worth:

"In the second quarter of 2022, the Company sold 53,550,000 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $0.001 per share" Now you really have no case to be mad at me, DD. I gave them twice the value that they gave themselves.

189M shares. I hope they can at least make a case for a $60M market cap, which puts us somewhere around 30 cents. Projections to the moon. We have 3 clinics and 3 boutique stores for sure. Maybe clinic Z is -- I don't know what that is about. Like Planet X or Pluto. Is it a planet/clinic or something else? It sure doesn't behave like a clinic with no traffic. About as quiet as Pluto itself.

And we have lots of boxes. They could make beautiful videos. That's a fact that they've proven. Can they make something as good as that Spicy Pickle long sales pitch to franchisees? And investors?

Who's to say they can't reach for the stars and reach escape velocity? But that is an eyesore of dilution of which we were not a part of. That was at our expense. Way, way, way below our prices. So, when you are down, they are still up. So, tread carefully. BUYER BEWARE.

The best thing going for us at this time, I think, is that they are bleeding to keep the lights on here. These filings are costing them money. They have mouths to feed and expenses. So the more they jack around, the more they bleed. They must be expecting a big pay day. And with those prices, they can get that pay day at 1 cent with enough volume. So, don't be a victim.

This is not what I'd call Nasdaq type governance. They are poised to be rewarded and it's okay if that comes at the expense of investors. That's how I read it. The buddy system.
