Protext Mobility, Inc. (TXTM) closed on a transaction June 3rd, 2022 whereby it acquired 100%
interest in RSAMMD Acquisitions LLC. Dr. Ahmed Jamaloodeen became Chairman of the
Board and President of Protext. Mr. Dylon Du Plooy became CEO and Director of Protext.
2. The name(s) of person(s) who acquired control and person(s) from whom control was assumed.
For corporations or other business entities, please provide the name(s) of person(s) beneficially
owning or controlling such corporations or entities.2
RSAMMD Acquisitions LLC assumed control from Protext through newly issued preferred stock.
Mr. Dylon Du Plooy and Dr. Ahmed Jamaloodeen are the principals of this entity and are the
beneficial owners of the Protext controlling stock.
