If you know anything about NSAV and SBC then you should know SBC is a CHINESE banking firm. They can only do so much. With the scrutiny on any and all Chinese companies here in the US, it's going to be hard for it to get NSAV's exchanges into the US market. But Jiminy crickets Batman if they only had the help of a US banking firm on Wall Street.
