Mexico real estate market is bullish its driven by a growing middle class and many northerns (US/Canada) who seeking lower cost living and remote work life. The Philippines economy is border line depression. So not a good comparable.

SFIO has not in any shape proven themselves instead what they focus is on marketing their stock. This is SFIO business focus which makes it alarming. AND why Kbaz calls it a stock scheme.
