Well, once this Hidden Gem is Upgraded to the Pink-Sheet market (such as BRLL and PBHG etc.) LOCM will quickly surge to the Dollar Land based on its peer's MV at peak because buying PBHG at $0.0055 = buying LOCM at $1.0844!
