If bioamber execs wanted too... they would have dumped sarnia in the liquadation and kept BioAmber Inc. seperate and still been in business with the patents and toll agreements still making BIOSA and still filling contracts without expenses of the Plant.

They Choose this path voluntary. Why? cause they lazy? No... more to come.

4.3 million for 180 million dollar plant with no debt paid and all patents gone is a fkn joke.

Why the large investment into Bioamber months before ccaa filing?
