I agree 100% It's like taking a pay cut. If you don't quit you send a message that the bosses plan went well. Why not try it again in 6 mo's and see waht happens. We need to put some preasure on Paul and Ron and let them know that we have been patient and now it's time to take care of the people that helped bring you to the dance.
