"WHY CANT CVM do it right the 5th time? Its CVMs incompetence."

I just want to point out that we don't know if CVM has it right with the 5th submission because they've only just made that submission yesterday. This is the first time that CVM has resubmitted in less than a day. The 4th time, there was a 5-day turn around between them getting it back from CT and resubmitting it. The time before that, it was 11 days from CT's return to the 3rd submission. The time before that was 21 days between return and resubmission. It looks to me like whatever problems CT has with the data each time is getting fixed faster; CVM's turnaround has improved with each submission. Clearly, they are working diligently. From this perspective, I have to give them credit, they do seem to believe that the effort is worth it.

What are your thoughts on this? Any ideas why CVM was able to resubmit the same day that it was sent back to them from CT? Any hypothesis?
