You cannot create preferred shares to short .there is no options chain and other fu$kery places to hide them . Preferred share are like a safety net for public companies who come under hostile attack from a take over bid. No liquidity, and the company can recall shares at will!!!!
Try shorting a preferred ape, very dangerous. Especially when you have 4 million apes considering buying a couple shares each on Monday at the ASK!!!
