So here in Maine mobile vets are fairly common and my girlfriend actually worked for a large animal mobile vet. She would basically go around to farms that needs x-rays, shots, and many other treatments.

Another thing is horses are extremely expensive between daily maintenance and just what they're worth to begin with. Every horse owner I know would take a loan out to treat their horses because of their bond and the amount of time they can live up to.

I don't think this is going to be a dedicated vehicle, but just worded as a mobile vet that has the training and correct licenses to preform the procedure.

Also horse trailers are god awful expensive. Plus fuel and time spent transporting a horse. Also a lot of horses don't handle transportation well so the stress is hard on them. I know a lot that have to be drugged to make the journey for a 20 min trip to a horse show.

Horse people are crazy, please take my advice and don't date one!
