Loc .. If you had to write a resignation letter like that..
Would you come back ?
My moral compass says hell no .. not a chance ..
The 10k is now at least 6 months late ..
It's not about $$ at this point ..
Why no filings ?
My guesses are twofold ..
Venwest obfuscation (IE: the info in the filing could be used against hdvy and may show where citadels shares came from ... )
or at this point ..
Rolling the dice on upcoming court action ..
Crap out there .. was no need to spend the $$ on the filing..
In either case .. the cash is about gone . .
Success in court only means another loan is needed..
