Such a pronouncement by Juan Carlos Guajardo comes as no surprise for us junior lithium miners on this message board... we have been saying Chile is being run by a male-hating mining-hating Minister of Anti-Mining since mommy's boy Gabby Boric took over last March who's only goal is to mine even more countless redundant paper reports, more consultants' paid-expert studies on paper, and every single input/bitch on paper from every Eco-terrorist/queer/lesbian/thieving-extorting indian she can find loafing/grifting in the back alleys behind her office.
