My take on the filing, and in specific the acquisition therein, is that it will not materialize, which is actually a good thing. They'll get away with it being under the safe harbor act, and probably a LOI or MOU. Either way, it was a red herring. That material event required 3 days to be announced. The RM continues to be the most likely scenario here.
