It's a bold and aggressive move, but I have not made those connections just yet. I am close. A little more agitation and I am there.
Since everyone here appears to have gone a vacation, I will pick up the slack.
Below is the reasoning for the quarterly delay:
The continued disruptions in transportation, staffing, and technology systems which have occurred to both the Company and the Company’s professional advisors have resulted in limited support from the Company’s staff and professional advisors. This has, in turn, delayed the Company’s ability to complete its financial statements and prepare the Report.
Let's address these excuses one at a time:
1. There are no longer transportation disruptions in NY. Maybe not the safest mode of travel, but Covid is out of the equation. So, get your milk dud buds in the office!
2. A lack of Staffing results from MILK Dud and Milk Dud Jr. gobbling up profits rather than reinvesting into growing the company. Greed is the reason they have no success with staffing.
3. Technology systems? What does that even mean? I thought this was a technology company! Does this mean that you do not have someone to operate, maintain or troubleshoot technical issues? Amazing!!!
4. Professional Advisors unavailable? Are we to believe that a staff of professional advisors is assisting you in this endeavor? Perhaps you should consider new advisors? They have been absent for the past 5-6 years! Are these people the reason you will be late again with financials? BullS..t!
5. This has, in turn, delayed the Company's ability to complete its financial statements on time.
In other words: This has, in turn, delayed the Company's ability to create a smokescreen that will effectively blind the shareholders for another quarter and allow for our crackerjack team to come up with some clever and deceptive ways to have it appear that we are moving in an upward direction when in actuality we are very happy just standing still.
The Milk Dud must go. Why? Because he is a lying POS!
