Thank goodness that Delfin already has the pipelines in place. And while the Manchurian Candidate, Manchin received Democratic "Promises" that gas and oil flow wouldn't be overly restricted, (TOTAL B/S) there is so much green crap in the most recent INFLATIONARY bill (designed to circumvent SCOTUS' ruling on WV vs EPA) that I wouldn't hold my breath expecting to see any true streamlining of any project related to carbon. That would imply less government overreach, Not happening with this group of Jamokes.

Two deals struck in the last 2 months with 2 very large, legitimate energy traders that get Delfin to 1.5 of the 3.5 goal (thanks Senor C) No time like the present to surpass the goal and get moving!

And as far as pirates go, Delfin has already modified its FLNGs and will be mounting twin 50's and German 88's for good measure.
