So over the past 3 months dilution is 50 million, 59 million, and 57 million shares. Those numbers will likely increase significantly as the pps drops lower due to more toxic notes coming due. The company has gone silent with no PR’s and no update on operations in the recent 10K, and nobody even knows for certain if there is anyone on site, or if operations have ceased. Total shit show! The NT 10Q filing pushed the deadline for the quarterly report to today, but it was still not filed.
