You and a few others are bullish on DSCR here. As a shareholder myself I'm trying to be bullish as well, but cannot find a single coherent reason to be bullish on DSCR at this point based on the last few years. Share some of your optimism and any reasons why you should be optimistic aside from "hope springs eternal" mindset.

I'm sure I speak for many shareholders on this lol
