CBD is such a competitive market. They got into it late. Not great market when have to compete on lower prices. The pin there is how do hey finance this business? Issuing billions of shares makes management rich. Not great for shareholders. If they cared about shareholder value vs just selling shares. They not have financed this way. There is no way they will ever sell enough CBD or make enough profits to justify this dilution. That is why no matter what volume is never moves.
