All the facilities on the planet will not matter, if the technology can't be mass-produced, in a continuous quality-consistent manner.

My question is why would a company keep expanding in the heart of the silkworm sericulture unless they know that they are on track to start producing their product in a profitable fashion. No pun intended. Not an easy accomplishment considering earlier attempts. Something has happened in the process that has caused Vietnam to changed their minds and resistance to this. The steps forward are becoming more frequent and of greater importance. Why?
