The toxic financing Miguel used was a 70% discount pre- reverse split and the criminals selling his worthless garbage pathetic shares to the public paid him handsomely with FedEx boxes stuffed with $100 bills. I will bet he has a very nice sum of $4/5m cash over the years that he has laundered in the Caymans?
