I was not inferring you had said that. Your statement was "I don't know $CMGO, who pays for the legal battle to keep him free" and I was just asking why the company and shareholders would even be considered to take on that fee. However, with a board of directors consisting of one person and one person only, I wouldn't be surprised.

@poincianamike I never claimed $CMGO was paying for the defense, but twice, it has been mentioned. Here are those links:
