The board is going eerily quiet of late. The silence makes me think that many of you are beginning to capitulate. Again, I get that we all accept the risk of losses with pennies, but clearly, there is way more going on here. If we can prevent fraud, if we can get the SEC or IRS interested in scrutinizing their books and looking into the legitimacy of our complaints, if this can trigger an investigation into their legal and accounting practices, we, the shareholders, can put an end to the Milk Duds questionble practices. Bottom line: We all accept losses from time to time, but we should never accept defeat!
