The purchase of Mikah's Adderall share will probably take place before Labor Day. I wonder how much NH paid Sungen for the rights. The "independent " (sic) Board of Directors should consider that the asset is less valuable now that LCI has received approval for both versions of Adderall. If NH is honorable, he should sell the rights back to the company for what he paid since Mikah has already received royalties for the past 18 months.

Again, can someone in the pharma field clarify what happens to the account drugstores LCI's salesmen procured using the Elite formulation. Can they merely substitute their versions. Why can't an Elite rep contact them and offer to undersell Lanett especially if the new cheaper method of production is viable.

NH has stated that Elite is in the process of filing to sell in all the US States.
