Re-read: CKYS will not have a dedicated market maker, although various MMs are free to list an order if they choose. That is the gray market. To be "listed" means that there is at least one MM who always publishes a quoute.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
