You can thank Ally McBeal for getting that Order electronically filed and signed yesterday. Sharp's inept lawyer had never sent an Order over just as I thought. I was on the phone with everyone at the courthouse. Reminded them that I was a shareholder and attorney and why wasn't this unopposed Motion granted and signed. Because it was unopposed, the Motion should have been signed weeks ago. Turned out Happy Gilmore never sent the Order. The court coordinator finally called him at his office and he prepared one and got it filed. Sharp's attorney is an idiot. Thank God Nevada is 3 hours behind the East Coast or it would have been signed today.
