If the Brazil trial is back on, why the hell wouldn't they announce this in a PR on their website? What kind of company is purposefully withholding this type of information and keeping it from shareholders? Why not do a quick PR that definitely explains the situation instead of burying it in a muddy 10K statement.

They are chasing a ghost with their COVID trials. Yea, it might actually provide a benefit for COVID, but they don't have the experience to horse it through to an approval. Imagine if they never went after the COVID indication, and just went all out on the HIV BLA - they might have some semblance of a revenue stream by now. But I'm sure the management could care less. They were all rewarded handsomely for their hype and no approvals on the COVID front.

Too many irons in the fire for this small / underfunded company with inexperienced management.
