Yeah if they hadn’t filed the other directorship list with the Shala Energy PLC fins, it wouldn’t be obvious that they are supposed to be connected. But yes, it looks like the new company AAI formed by Fatmir Kuqi and Emanuele Antonini Romay bought some shares. Or a slice of however they’ve got it structured.
