How much more proof do you need to have to know this dog is a scammeroony....

In May/22 the "big shareholders" including Bruce voted all in favor to authorize up to 5 billion shares for sale??? A few months later they do a 20-1 stock split..claiming "this will help us raise capital" .....Let me guess..the PP sales dried up cuz only a fool would buy into a broke nothing company with nothing but 5 billion shares for sale....

Now Bruce figures he can flog shares on a company with a new name, and a mere 78 million shares on the books.....

Also..wasn't there supposed to be a vote on stock split? not that it matters, worthless garbage...600k shares worth $333,49 or is that 30,000 shares?
