Odd. So, right at the open, trade No. 3 happened and then right before the market closed, trade No. 21 happens for a total settlement of 25M shares. Then, a half second later the lot was sold at below bid.

Being that the prices are different, I don't think it qualifies as a cross trade, though.

But I would defer to someone with more knowledge on how/why trades occur.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
